How to Deal with Three Common Problems of the Saeco Via Venezia
The Saeco Via Venezia Espresso machine is one of Saeco’s cheapest and most user friendly espresso machine. However, there are three common maintenance issues that most customers will have to deal with at some point during the lifespan of this espresso machine.
The most common problem is when your Saeco Via Venezia dispenses espresso in drops. There are a few things you can do to address this problem. The first is to descale it. You can use a descaling agent like DezCal. Another option is to clean the filter basket. If the filter basket is dirty, this needs to be clean so you will have no problems dispensing espresso.
The second most common problem is espresso coming out of the filter holder while dispensing. This is usually due to poor positioning of the filter holder. Sometimes, the edges of the filter holder might be dirty. You will need to clean this to see if it makes a difference.
The third most common problem is related to pump making a loud noise. Thankfully, this is easily solved by filling up the water tank.
