Living with Fear and Anxiousness
Social anxiety is manifested by people who are feeling painfully shy and overpowered by worry in any social situation. Treatment and attention for it is important. There is a need to eliminate the anxiety to have a normal and happy social life. Eliminating the anxiety will also enhance the quality of overall life.
When you are having trouble and experiencing social anxiety, you usually feel fearful of being judged critically and negatively by others. There is always a feeling being humiliated, embarrassed or rejected by others. You do not like the feeling when others look at you, you will feel that they are having negative thoughts about you. Being with those persons close to you and whom you are confident with, you often do not feel any anxiety at all because you believe that they will understand and support you. But if you are in new environments and facing new people, you will act hesitantly and extremely feel awkward.
